The Tel-Touch is a backlit Piezo panel available in keypad and button formats. The panel is extremely vandal resistant and is designed for installation into the most hostile of environments.

Due to the technology used there are no moving parts on the panel. This means that there are no buttons to stick or vandalise.

The user presses the button area until it beeps, indicating activation. The buttons will even operate through a gloved hand!

Depending on the Tel-Touch model the user either uses the scroll arrows and presses call once the required destination is displayed (Scroll, Millennium, Senior) or selects the number followed by the CALL button (Junior) or presses the destination button (Bespoke, Bespoke with coded entry, Help/Assistance panel).

The call is made to the destination either via a BT type land line, analogue extension of a phone system or mobile SIM card.

The standard call progress function activates depending on the Tel-Touch model with audio and visual on the Scroll, Millennium, Senior and audio only on the Junior, Bespoke, Bespoke with coded entry and help/Assistance panels.
